I just finished the Lighthouse Duet by Carol Berg. Do not be fooled by the pensive, pale, kitschy youth gracing the covers (although guy #2 is pretty smokin')... These books are incredible.
They make me wonder if my life so far has been some sort of dream and that I just need to learn how to wake up and be who I truly am.
I cried when I reached the end. There just needs to be more of this in the universe.
Are there multiple books in the series? Thinking to look this one up...
